    Xepa Consulting (Pty) Ltd, BBBEE Level 1 QSE (Qualifying Small Enterprise) is based in Cape Town with more than 20 years’ experience in providing infrastructure, consulting services and managed services solutions to both public and private sectors. As a 100% black female-owned ICT Solutions Provider, we are proud to enable young black women to grow in developing leadership skills and growing as a preferred solutions provider.

Managing Director

Charles Isaacs (BSc Computer Science (UCT), MAP (Wits), Diversity Management Diploma (Wits), Sustaining High Performance II (International Institute for Management Development, Lausanne)
Charles has over 30 years ICT experience and has more than 12 years Executive Management experience in the industry. Charles is Owner and Executive Director of The Business Junxion, Executive Director and Shareholder of Xepa, and Executive Director of Linomtha.

He currently consults to various ICT companies specifically in the Business Development and Strategy arena. He is primarily responsible for General Business Development and shares co-responsibility for setting strategic direction and the vision, building culture, marketing, business development, financing and the overall operation of the company.
He was previously employed as the Cape District Manager for EMC South Africa and was part of the Country Management Team. Before this he was employed as the General Manager for Business Connexion’s Eastern and Western Cape’s Technology Group operation.
Charles brings a wealth of experience to the Xepa Management Team.

HR Director

Avril Isaacs is a veteran of the Non-Profit Organization (NPO) sector. Avril comes with a wealth of experience. She was previously employed as Executive Director at the Family Resource Centre at the Red Cross Children’s Hospital. In this capacity she also served on the hospital’s board. Her responsibilities included, amongst others, Stakeholder Liaison which required her to maintain, develop and improve existing relationships with the internal and external environment, relevant to the child care sector.


Avril has an Auxiliary Social Work Diploma, and has attained her certification from the University of Stellenbosch Business School for their NPO Leadership and Strategy Program as well as the Management Program for NPO’s. In 2017, she also completed her training in the Community Engagement Unit at the University of the Western Cape.

Operations Director

Winston has more than 30 years experience in the ICT Industry, working for various multinationals in various roles including Operations, Sales and Business Development.  He has a vast general understanding of the local ICT industry, with specialist knowledge of the telecoms industry.   He has worked in most countries within Africa providing ICT solutions to large Telco’s and Mobile Operators. In his role as Operations Manager he is responsible for a team of engineers offering ICT Support SLA’s and solutions to various SMB and local government customers. Using his vast experience, Winston is able to mentor and guide our strong corps of engineers and ICT practitioners.
Winston is also engaged in Xepa partner and supplier relationships and management.  Winston brings a strong delivery focus to the Xepa management team.

Technical Manager (Deceased)

Zaine was the epitome of an IT Technical Manager with a significant number of years’ experience in a wide variety of IT disciplines. Zaine’s skill set allowed him to be considered in resolving all our customer IT issues be it onsite at their workplace or remotely when needed. Zaine was a quiet spoken individual who did not need much background information to provide a resolution that ensures we have satisfied customers and did so often without much hesitation as efficiently as required. We serve customers in a variety of markets, from micro-SME’s who require bespoke IT support to local government municipalities and large enterprises and Zaine coupled with a dedicated team of support engineers is seldom flummoxed.


Forever missed...


......At his home in the presence of his beloved wife, he left us all. Zaine was the longest-serving staff member of the Xepa Family, continuously showing himself as the always willing person to resolve both internal staff ICT issues and those of our customers. On the very day he passed away, he was providing remote support to one of Xepa’s trusted customers. The impact of Zaine’s passing will continue to have a far-reaching impact on our company, our management team and overall staff.


Yet true to Zaine, he would want us to continue delivering services, support our existing customer base and deliver similar solutions to future customers with the same zeal as always.

We wish to express our deepest thanks to all who have shared their condolences with us, for and to his family.


To Zaine’s wife, Rihana, and their children, we the Xepa Family wish to extend our sincere condolences to you for sharing your husband and father with us for the past 22 years. May the pain of grieving become less as the remembrance brings joy of the times spent together.

May his dear soul rest in peace.

AJ has 28 years experience in the ICT Industry, with a sales and technical background in software, operating systems and hardware working for various multinationals in various roles including Business Development, Sales, Product Development and  Operations,  Working within various industry verticals from Financial Services, Retail, FMCG, Mining, Telecom, Automotive , Public sector and Healthcare. He has a keen interest in seeing SMB's and enterprise's achieve the market growth and customer base growing when adopting new technology and automation solutions.
AJ is also engaged in Xepa partner and supplier relationships and management.  AJ brings a strong sales, customer retention and product development focus to the Xepa management team.
